Project Overview & Implementation
A telecommunications and hardware tracking system developed for the 3rd year BEICE minor project showcase at Purwanchal Campus. Interfaces an Arduino microcontroller with GSM800L cellular and GPS modules to continuously monitor telemetry and pulse vitals, autonomously transmitting real-time coordinates via SMS alerts when danger thresholds are detected.
Key Engineering Concepts
- Hardware Interfacing: Communicated with GPS sensor and GSM800L module over hardware UART serial channels.
- Cellular Telemetry: Configured AT command sequences to establish cellular registration and send automated emergency SMS alerts.
- Threshold Processing: Filtered real-time analog/digital pulse sensor telemetry to isolate authentic anomaly thresholds before triggering alerts.
